These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Eduville’s platform and services. By accessing or using Eduville, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



About Eduville

Eduville is an AI-powered educational web application that enables schools and educators to create culturally relevant, gamified language learning experiences. Our platform is intended for classroom and educational use under teacher supervision.


Educators & Institutions:

  • Manage student access and classroom codes

  • Ensure uploaded content complies with copyright and school policies

  • Moderate student participation and manage user behaviour


Students:

  • Participate respectfully and follow classroom guidelines

  • Access only content assigned by educators

  • Are expected to participate respectfully and ethically and not share answers, cheat, or disrupt gameplay

  • May access games created by their teachers synchronously during classroom hours or asynchronously outside classroom hours.

Content Ownership & Licensing

  • Eduville retains all rights to its game templates, designs, AI models, and platform features

  • Educators retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Eduville a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use the content for educational purposes within the platform

  • AI-generated content is licensed for educational use only and should be reviewed by educators before classroom use

Platform Use & Availability

  • Eduville may update, add, or remove features without prior notice

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
    Access may be suspended for security, maintenance, or policy breaches

Accounts & Access Security

  • User accounts are personal; sharing credentials is prohibited

  • Schools may request account suspension or deletion at any time

  • Unauthorized access or tampering with the platform may result in termination

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:


  • Upload offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content

  • Use Eduville for non-educational or commercial advertising purposes

  • Reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass security features

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or automated scraping tools

Limitation of Liability

Eduville is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free performance


  • We are not liable for data loss, service disruptions, or misuse by third parties

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduville’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the institution for the relevant service period

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduville, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or poses a risk to platform security or user safety.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singaporean courts.
